Question 1

What is Insytical?

Accepted Answer

Insytical is the AI marketing platform for businesses and agencies. AI plans your social content, creates and launches your ads, unifies your analytics and tells you what's working — and the deals, projects and invoicing tools to run the business are built in, all in one workspace.

Question 2

How do I get started after I sign up?

Accepted Answer

Type your website and Insytical builds your brand kit in about a minute — your voice, colours and audience. Connect Facebook and Instagram, add any other ad accounts, and create your first month of content in about two minutes. Your store, inbox and payment tools can be connected any time from Connections. Most people are set up in about 15 minutes.

Question 3

Do I need a credit card to try it?

Accepted Answer

No. Every new account starts a 14-day free trial with every feature, without a credit card. You only add billing details when you choose a plan to keep going after the trial.

Question 4

Which platforms can I connect?

Accepted Answer

Ads: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, TikTok and Snapchat. Stores: Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla and Square. Payments: Stripe or Square for invoice pay links. Mail: Outlook and any IMAP mailbox. Meetings: Zoom and Microsoft Teams. That is 15+ platforms, with unlimited connections on every plan.

Question 5

What will I see before I connect anything?

Accepted Answer

Every page shows what it's for and the one step that gets it working: connect the platform it needs, or create your first project, deal, invoice or campaign. Deals, Projects and Invoices work straight away with nothing connected. Once you connect a platform, your own numbers start filling your dashboards within minutes.

Question 6

Is my data secure and private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your data is encrypted, each account's data is isolated from every other, and you can export it at any time. We never sell your data, and you stay in control of which platforms are connected and can disconnect them whenever you like.

Question 7

What does the AI actually do?

Accepted Answer

It plans a month of on-brand posts and publishes them to Instagram and Facebook, turns a product photo into finished images and video, writes and launches ad campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat, answers plain-English questions about your numbers, surfaces insights and alerts, builds sales decks and forecasts performance. MARS, the built-in assistant, does it from a chat — and you can connect Claude or ChatGPT to your workspace too.

Question 8

Does it publish for me, or do I still post manually?

Accepted Answer

Content Studio publishes and schedules straight to Instagram and Facebook — nothing goes out until you approve it. Captions for LinkedIn, X, TikTok and Snapchat are written for you, but you post those yourself. Ad campaigns publish directly to Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat.

Question 9

What can I do with Deals, Invoices and Projects?

Accepted Answer

Deals give you a visual sales pipeline with AI pitch decks; from a deal you can send branded invoices with a pay link and automatic reminders, and track delivery, budget and expenses in Projects — then share a branded client page on its own link. Your marketing and the business behind it live in one place.

Question 10

How do Reports and automated report delivery work?

Accepted Answer

Reports let you build branded, exportable PDF reports straight from your live data, with AI-written insights dropped in. On every plan you can schedule them to be generated and emailed automatically, so clients and stakeholders always have an up-to-date view without you lifting a finger.

Question 11

What’s different between the plans?

Accepted Answer

Only how much you can use each month. Every plan includes every Insytical feature, unlimited team members and unlimited integrations. Plans differ in AI usage and marketing email sends, and agency plans also differ in how many client accounts you can run. White label is a paid add-on for agency plans.

Question 12

Can I change or cancel my plan later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can move up or down anytime from your billing settings. The change applies straight away: you pay the new plan’s price from today, and the unused days of your current plan are refunded. There are no long-term contracts — cancel anytime. Moving between Business and Agency plans is not self-serve yet, so get in touch and we will switch you over.

Question 13

What happens if I reach my AI or email limit?

Accepted Answer

Nothing breaks — your dashboards keep working. Each plan includes a monthly AI allowance and a monthly number of email sends. On a paid plan you can top up anytime (500 extra AI credits, about 70 more AI images, for $9, or 5,000 extra emails for $5) or move up a plan for bigger monthly allowances.

Question 14

How do the agency and white-label plans work?

Accepted Answer

Agency plans let you manage multiple client accounts, each in its own sealed workspace, from one agency dashboard. Any agency plan can add the white-label add-on ($150 CAD a month plus $19 per white-labelled client) to present Insytical under your own name and logo, give each client their own login, set your own prices and keep what your clients pay.
